A 25% deposit confirms the booking and locks the crew, with the remaining 75% balance settled on move day after the final walkthrough and sign-off. For corporate accounts, monthly invoicing with 15–30 day payment terms is available upon credit approval.
12 What if something gets damaged during my Dubai move?
If anything is damaged due to our handling, it is documented during the final walkthrough, photographed, and processed under our written damage-free guarantee within 7 working days. Minor repairs are handled by our in-house furniture team at no cost. Larger damage claims are processed through the insurance certificate issued at booking.
